Best Law Firms/US News & World Report

In its recent national law firm survey, U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers in America have ranked Thomas & LoCicero among the top law firms in Tampa. The firm received a national ranking for the practice of First Amendment Litigation. Thomas & LoCicero received four regional rankings for Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation and First Amendment Litigation.

Five partners at Thomas & LoCicero have received the prestigious honor of being named Best Lawyers in America 2018, including Gregg D. Thomas, Carol Jean LoCicero, James B. Lake, Dana J. McElroy and James J. McGuire. In addition, two of our partners have been designated a 2018 Lawyer of the Year in their respective area of practice expertise: James B. For 14 years, Florida Trend, the prestigious statewide business publication in the Sunshine State, presents a prestigious roster of attorneys chosen for recognition by their peers. Lexis Nexis Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated

Martindale-Hubbell has conducted peer review ratings of lawyers for 50 years. The Martindale-Hubbell Preeminent 5.0 Rating is the highest achievement a lawyer can receive in this national ranking. Thomas & LoCicero is proud to have seven lawyers with this designation.

Super Lawyers

Florida Super Lawyers is a statewide rating service of attorneys that is held by only 5% of the state’s attorneys. The process includes balloting, blue ribbon panel review and independent research.
