Paul R. McAdoo is a litigation associate who frequently handles media and First Amendment cases, copyright and trademark disputes, and other commercial and civil litigation matters.  In addition, Paul advises media and non-media clients on privacy, defamation, and intellectual property issues, including application of the Communications Decency Act.  Paul has extensive experience dealing with access to public records, public meetings, and courts, and with HIPAA, FERPA, and other barriers to access.
